Terms & Conditions
Deposit
We ask for a £25 deposit at the time of booking. This fee secures the time and services of the Photographer and is non-refundable in the event of a missed appointment. The balance is payable on the day of the shoot.
Cancellations
Your studio session can be cancelled or postponed up until 6pm on the day before your shoot for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations after this time, unless the booking is rescheduled, forfit the deposit.
Orders
A 50% deposit is required for all print and product orders resulting from your studio session. No photographs will be supplied until all payments due have been paid.
Children
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Copyright
The copyright of all images belongs to Robbies Photographics. A licence for use of the digital image can purchased under an agreement between the client and the photographer.
All images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1998. It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically/electronically or by any other means an image created as part of a contract with Robbies Photographics without the permission of the photographer in writing.
Display Images
By having your photo taken at Robbie's Studio you agree to Robbie's Photographics using the images for shop and studio display, on our website and in advertising and marketing material. We will not pass your images onto third party companies. If you do not wish your images to be used for the above purposes please advise your photographer in writing.
